Therapy for neurodivergent
teens & adults
Evidence-based CBT and ACT for teens and adults navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, and daily life — with particular depth supporting neurodivergent clients. In-person in Irvine or via telehealth anywhere in California.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, working through a life transition, or trying to understand yourself better after a recent diagnosis, therapy should meet you where you actually are — not where a textbook says you should be.
I offer therapy for teens and adults with particular depth working with neurodivergent clients. Many neurodivergent people have had the experience of seeing a therapist who doesn't get it — who gives advice designed for neurotypical minds, or who pathologizes traits that are simply part of who you are. That's not what happens here.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — two evidence-based approaches that are practical, values-driven, and focused on understanding the "why." They work well for neurodivergent clients, and they work well for anyone who wants a therapist who's direct, curious, and genuinely interested in how you think.

Who this is right for
How sessions work
Sessions are typically weekly and last 50 minutes. They can be in-person at my Irvine office or via secure telehealth for anyone located in California. I adapt my approach to your communication style and processing needs — whether that means more structure, more flexibility, or a combination of both.
For clients who have been masking, flying under the radar, or whose presentation doesn't fit the traditional profile — including women, transgender and non-binary individuals, and older teens and adults — I go deeper. That means creating a space where you can actually be yourself, not perform the version of yourself the world expects.
